Second Dawn Guild is dedicated to providing a respectful gaming community for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment or bullying.
What harassment includes
Harassment includes offensive verbal or electronic comments related to personal characteristics, including race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, or disability.
It also includes sexual images or comments in public or online spaces; deliberate intimidation; bullying; stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks, chats, electronic meetings, physical meetings, or other events; inappropriate physical contact; and unwelcome sexual attention.
Expected response
Participants asked to stop harassing or bullying behavior are expected to comply immediately.
Enforcement
If a participant engages in harassing behavior, representatives of the community may take reasonable action they deem appropriate. This may include warning the offender, expulsion from a Second Dawn Guild event, or expulsion from electronic communication channels.
Contact an Administrator privately in Discord. If immediate safety is at risk, move to a safe location and contact venue staff or emergency services as appropriate.
