Public browsing
You can read the landing page, character guide, shop catalog, and community policies without signing in. We do not create a personal profile for public browsing or install a browser analytics tracker.
Discord sign-in
The site checks your session on every protected request and rechecks with Discord when the cached membership and role result is one hour old. Administrator configuration actions use a separate one-hour authorization lease. The site stores the minimum profile and authorization data needed for a secure session, never asks for another password, and expires sessions after no more than 30 days.
Guild records
Guild Assistant—not this website—stores the official records for characters, session recaps, player journals, XP, gold, shop purchases, receipts, and corrections. XP and gold reset each season while historical records remain available. Protected views are private, not indexed, and show only the information a member is allowed to see.
Export, correction, and removal
Ask a Guild Administrator privately in Discord to export your records, correct them, end access, or review removal. We verify the requesting Discord account and handle Discord, website-session, and Guild Assistant records separately. Shared campaign history and XP or gold entries may be archived, reversed, anonymized, or marked as removed instead of deleted when the guild needs them to preserve an accurate history.
What we do not store
The website does not store private player notes, Discord messages, bot tokens, real-money payments, stock, or fulfillment data. Session identifiers are stored as one-way hashes, Discord tokens are encrypted at rest, and secrets never belong in exports or audit records.
